Office Manager

Duties of the Office Manager:

*   Answering telephone calls.
*   Receiving and sending urgent letters via fax.
*   Coordinating the daily schedule of the Director of Academic Services.
*   Coordinating and following up on academic matters related to other university departments.
*   Responding to and guiding visitors, and referring them to the relevant expert or official if necessary.
*   Coordinating with the warehouse and procurement office to supply necessary items.
*   Checking the university's dedicated revenue system regarding certificate issuance fees
