Frequently Asked

What are the conditions and procedure for receiving the diploma (original graduation certificate)?Graduates of full-time (daily) programs must first apply for the cancellation of their free education service commitment through the Ministry of Science's SAJAD system (a guide is available in the forms and regulations section). After final approval, they must submit or send the required documents (the original temporary certificate, two new photographs, a clearance form from the Student Welfare Fund (if applicable), the commitment cancellation letter issued by the SAJAD system, and documents proving unemployment or work history) to the Academic Affairs Office.
Graduates of non-daily programs do not need to register in the SAJAD system and are only required to submit or send the necessary documents (temporary graduation certificate, clearance form from the Student Welfare Fund, and two photographs) to the Academic Affairs Office.
Typically, after these steps are completed, the diploma will be ready for collection within a ten-day period.
