University of Kurdistan Student Wins National "Golden Steps 2" Scheme Award
A student from the University of Kurdistan has succeeded in receiving a special award in the national "Golden Steps 2" scheme. This sports call was publicized and implemented by the University's Physical Education Directorate with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle and vitality.
According to the University of Kurdistan Public Relations, Mehdi Moharrami, a geography student, achieved a top rank and received a prize by participating in the "Golden Steps 2" scheme and using the "Gamiran" software.
This scheme, organized to encourage daily physical activity and walking among academics, was communicated to students and staff through the University's Physical Education Directorate. Based on the results recorded in the relevant software, this student from the University of Kurdistan received a bicycle and 10 million Rials in cash.
The Physical Education Directorate of the University of Kurdistan, while congratulating the selected student, expressed hope that holding such programs will be an effective step toward improving physical health and motivating sports activities within the university community.
