The Vice-Presidency for Planning, Transformation, and Organizational Development at the University of Kurdistan was established to enhance management quality, optimize processes, and accelerate the realization of the university’s strategic goals. Operating in three key domains—planning and budget, digital transformation and smart systems, and information technology—this vice-presidency strives to support the university on its path toward sustainable development through a systematic and forward-looking approach.

We firmly believe that genuine transformation begins from within the organization, encompassing everything from the refinement of administrative workflows to the deployment of digital infrastructures and the enhancement of productivity at all levels. In this endeavor, we are committed to making the university’s decision-making processes more scientific, transparent, and agile by relying on reliable data.

The cooperation of all university departments is vital to achieving these objectives. We view this vice-presidency as a shared platform for planning, synergy, and execution.
