The platform is currently available to the public and all university members at doc.uok.ac.ir.

Designed for public access, this system enables staff, faculty members, students, and alumni to perform searches based on titles, keywords, or document descriptions. Users can immediately download the required files, which include forms, regulations, circulars, and official resolutions.

Users may visit the aforementioned website, input their search terms, and retrieve necessary documents directly, bypassing redundant administrative procedures. University officials have expressed confidence that this initiative represents a significant stride toward informational transparency and the enhancement of electronic services for the academic community.
