About the Vice-Presidency
History of Establishment
The Vice-Presidency for Planning, Transformation, and Organizational Development at the University of Kurdistan, as one of the newly established administrative branches of this institution, was launched with the objective of integrating the domains of planning, budgeting, digital transformation, and information technology. The formation of this vice-presidency reflects a progressive shift in university management to address the evolving demands of smart governance in higher education.
Vision
To become a benchmark vice-presidency in strategic planning, organizational transformation, and process smartening among the nation's universities by the horizon of 2031 (1410 SH).
