Introduction

The Vice-Presidency for Planning, Transformation, and Organizational Development at the University of Kurdistan integrates three strategic areas—planning and budget, digital transformation and smart systems, and information technology—into a cohesive structure with an integrated and forward-looking approach. The objective of this vice-presidency is to enhance efficiency, transparency, and productivity at all managerial levels of the university. In this endeavor, it strives to make decision-making more scientific and administrative processes more agile by relying on reliable data and employing modern tools.

Directorates

 
This directorate is responsible for developing and monitoring operational plans, managing the budgeting process, and overseeing the university's organizational structure. Its core activity is the optimal allocation of resources and ensuring the alignment of plans with the university's strategic goals.
 
Focusing on process re-engineering and the implementation of digital solutions, this directorate lays the groundwork for sustainable organizational transformation at the university. The smart automation of administrative services and the enhancement of organizational productivity are among its main priorities.
 
This center develops and maintains the university's information technology infrastructure and ensures network and cybersecurity at all levels. Supporting university systems and safeguarding data are among the central duties of this center.
