Dr. Adel Si-o-se-marde, President of the University of Kurdistan, issued separate decrees appointing Dr. Farzad Nazari as the Advisor to the Vice-Presidency for Administrative and Financial Affairs in the field of Green Space and Dr. Khaled Osati as the Acting Head of the Department of Rangeland and Watershed Management. Furthermore, in a message, he expressed his appreciation for the services rendered by the former head of this academic department.

According to a report by the University of Kurdistan Public Relations, Dr. Adel Si-o-se-marde appointed Dr. Farzad Nazari, a faculty member of the Department of Horticultural Sciences, as the "Advisor to the Vice-Presidency for Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Field of University Green Space." The decree emphasizes the formulation of a comprehensive green space plan, the organization of executive affairs including planting and maintenance, technical supervision of spraying and fertilization operations, as well as human resource management and staff training within this sector.

In another decree, the President of the University of Kurdistan appointed Dr. Khaled Osati, a faculty member of the Department of Rangeland and Watershed Management, as the "Acting Head of the Department of Rangeland and Watershed Management," while maintaining his current teaching and research responsibilities. The primary priorities outlined in this appointment include the quantitative and qualitative enhancement of educational and research indicators and the strengthening of synergy among department members.

Based on this report, the University President also issued a separate message thanking Dr. Shirko Ebrahimi Mohammadi for his efforts and dedication during his tenure as the Head of the Department of Rangeland and Watershed Management, wishing him success in his continued scientific and professional endeavors.
