The International Affairs Office of the University of Kurdistan is inviting applications from 2 students in the fields of Business & Administration, and Literature and Linguistics to participate in the Erasmus+ Student Exchange Programme at University of Aveiro in Portugal for one term (5 months) in the Second Term of the Academic Year 2024-2025.

1. Eligibility and Registration Documents for Students

• Only Undergraduate (BA / BSc) and Postgraduate Students in the fields of Business & Administration, and Literature and Linguistics Should Apply
• The applicant's overall GPA must be higher than the average GPA of their program
• Applicants must be fluent in the English Language. The applicant must have a valid English language certificate at the B2 level or above
• Undergraduate students must have completed a minimum of 60 credits and a maximum of 100 credits at the start of the mobility programme
• Graduate students must be in their first or second semester at the start of the mobility programme
• The applicant must submit an academic resume (CV) in English
• The applicant must submit a motivation letter in English
• The applicant must submit an official transcript of academic records

Selection process:

After an initial evaluation of applications, qualified students and staff will be invited to an English-language interview.

• GRANT:

University of Aveiro will be responsible for the payment of grants. The grants for students and staff are composed of 2 parts: a grant for travel and a grant for subsistence which they will receive after they arrive in Portugal. Remember that this grant may not cover all the expenses, the students must have their own means of support until grant is received.

Grant for subsistence

Individual support for students: 850 euros/month.
