According to the Public Relations Office of the University of Kurdistan, Dr. Adel Siosemarde, the President of the University, has issued a formal decree appointing Dr. Javad Nazemi Rafie as the "Head of the Department of Plant Protection," effective June 21, 2026 (1 Tir 1405).
