Wishing health and success to all applicants for the talent-based PhD admission (without entrance examination) at the University of Kurdistan for the 2026-2027 academic year, the preliminary list of accepted candidates is hereby announced, subject to the following conditions:

1. The announced names have been determined based on the contents of the submitted dossiers, academic interviews, and scores derived from the three evaluation tables completed by the respective educational departments.

2. Final and definitive admission is strictly contingent upon the scientific validation by the National Organization for Educational Testing (Sanjesh) and the approval of general competencies by the Central Student Selection Secretariat of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology. Therefore, these preliminary results do not constitute a guarantee of final admission.

3. The schedule for the submission of documents for scientific and general competency verification, as well as registration procedures for the accepted candidates, will be announced subsequently via the official university website.

4. Candidates accepted through this talent-based process who also secure admission to another university (either via the national entrance exam or other talent-based schemes) and wish to withdraw from the University of Kurdistan must complete the official withdrawal form. This form, along with a copy of the candidate's national ID card, must be sent to estedad@uok.ac.ir using the email address provided in "Form No. 1" during registration. Candidates must ensure they receive an email receipt confirmation. All consequences resulting from a failure to withdraw within the stipulated timeframe (up to 48 hours after the announcement of national entrance exam results) shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant, and the Office for Exceptional Talents at the University of Kurdistan shall bear no liability in this regard.
