Announcement from the Student Affairs Organization Regarding the Guest Status and Transfer of Students in Public and Private Universities and Higher Education Institutions

In order to optimize the implementation of regulations and facilitate the necessary guest status and transfer procedures for students, the Student Affairs Organization of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology hereby announces the registration period for applicants for the 2026-2027 (1405-1406) academic year via the "Sajjad" Portal at https://portal.saorg.ir.

Originating universities are required to review student requests in accordance with Regulation No. 4/185770 dated May 21, 2023 (1402/02/31). Should the criteria be met, they must declare their decision on the portal between May 22 and July 6 (1 Khordad to 15 Tir) and, upon approval, transmit the student's academic transcripts to the destination university through the system. Subsequently, destination universities shall evaluate the applications and announce their decisions via the aforementioned portal by the end of August at the latest.
