Considering that the summer term examinations will be held in person, students are required to check Report No. 428 on the University of Kurdistan’s educational system (golestan.uok.ac.ir) to ascertain the precise time and location of their exams. Presenting a printed copy of this report is mandatory for admission to the examination hall.

Please be advised that this report will not be generated for students with outstanding tuition balances.

Important Note:
If you have not yet completed the full payment of your tuition fees, please do so as soon as possible via the following path. Otherwise, the student shall bear full responsibility for the consequences of non-payment:
Golestan System → Education Menu → Tuition → Electronic Tuition Payments

According to the established planning, non-local students will be provided with dormitory accommodation for one night per exam (the night prior to the examination):

• Fereshtegan 4 Dormitory: Designated for female students

• Diar Dormitory: Designated for male students

Supplementary Notes:

1. Due to the university closure, the self-service cafeteria is closed, and no meal services will be provided.

2. Dormitories are not equipped with items such as mattresses, pillows, or other bedding essentials.

3. Presenting the printed examination schedule (Report 428) is mandatory for dormitory admission.
