By Decree of the Presidential Administration (Constitutional Affairs Division): Kaveh Pouladi, a faculty member of the Law Department at the University of Kurdistan, has been appointed Secretary of the Constitutional Implementation Follow-up Committee in Kurdistan Province.
According to the Public Relations Department of the University of Kurdistan, the Vice President for Constitutional Affairs issued a decree appointing Kaveh Pouladi (faculty member of the Law Department at the University of Kurdistan), Ali Sohrabilou, and Habibollah Moradi as members of the Constitutional Implementation Follow-up Network in Kurdistan Province for a one-year term.

In alignment with the execution of Article 16 of the "Directive on the Modality of Implementing the President's Responsibility in Executing the Constitution" (notified on December 22, 2024) and Articles 2 and 3 of the "Regulations on the Formation and Activity of Provincial Constitutional Implementation Follow-up Networks" (notified on June 15, 2025)—aimed at decentralizing the follow-up of constitutional implementation by organizing provincial networks comprised of three prominent legal experts in each province, and considering the conclusion of the previous members' one-year term—you are hereby appointed as a member of the Constitutional Implementation Follow-up Network in Kurdistan Province for a duration of one year effective from the notification date.
It is hoped that with the aid of the Almighty, by leveraging the existing public and elite capacities within the province, and in coordination with the Constitutional Affairs Division, you will be successful and supported in fulfilling the duties and jurisdictions stipulated in the aforementioned regulations.
