Highlighting the personality and managerial traits of the Supreme Leader, the Representative of the Supreme Leader in Kurdistan Province stated that a unity-oriented vision, crisis management, and focus on intellectual production and the upbringing of a revolutionary younger generation are among his most significant characteristics.

According to the University of Kurdistan Public Relations, Hojjatoleslam wal-Muslimin Pourzahabi, speaking on Sunday, May 17, at the anniversary ceremony of the Martyr Leader of the Revolution’s visit with the academic community of Kurdistan Province, referred to the Supreme Leader's emphasis on the role of universities in training the youth. He stated: "His Eminence has always believed that universities must nurture faithful, revolutionary, patriotic, independence-seeking, and anti-imperialist youth, and he considered this a vital responsibility for university directors and officials."

The Representative of the Supreme Leader in Kurdistan noted that the Supreme Leader possesses a profound perspective on cultural, social, and political issues, adding: "His mastery over subjects such as history, literature, music, cinema, and contemporary social issues demonstrates his intellectual comprehensiveness and extensive scholarship."

Hojjatoleslam Pourzahabi further identified "neologism and the creation of impactful terminology" as another characteristic of the Martyr Leader of the Revolution, stating: "Many of the concepts and keywords prevalent today in the country's political and cultural discourse are the result of his vision and thought in explaining societal issues."

Referring to the Supreme Leader’s management in the face of various national crises, he asserted: "The country's successful navigation through diverse post-revolution crises is a testament to his experience, prudence, and leadership power in difficult circumstances and in confronting various challenges."

In conclusion, the Representative of the Supreme Leader in Kurdistan described the Supreme Leader’s unity-oriented vision as one of the most critical factors for national cohesion, noting: "His emphasis on unity among ethnic groups, religions, and various factions, particularly in Kurdistan Province, has always been and remains a source of empathy and tranquility in society."
