The University of Kurdistan hereby announces a public tender to select a qualified contractor for the provision of support and service personnel. Bid Security Amount and Type: The required guarantee is 50,000,000,000 (Fifty Billion) Rials, which must be provided in one of the following forms: 1. A bank guarantee issued in the name of the University of Kurdistan with a three-month validity period. 2. Cash deposit to the deposit account IR560100004001073407379047 at the Central Bank of Iran, in the name of the University of Kurdistan (Deposit ID: 383073464118100000000000000015), with the receipt included in the relevant envelope.

Document Retrieval and Bid Submission: All stages of the tender process shall be conducted exclusively through the SETAD platform.

Deadlines for Document Retrieval and Participation: Prospective bidders have until 19:00 on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 (1404/11/28) to retrieve the tender documents. The period for participating in the tender and submitting proposals is from February 18, 2026 (1404/11/29) until 10:00 on Saturday, February 28, 2026 (1404/12/09).
