Notification for Female Students Residing in the Dormitories of the University of Kurdistan:

Student Gym Inaugurated in the Dormitory Complex of the University of Kurdistan

With the objective of promoting mass sports, enhancing health standards, and fostering vitality among dormitory residents, the sports club at the "Fereshtegan 6" dormitory of the University of Kurdistan has been officially inaugurated.

According to the Public Relations of the University of Kurdistan, the Fereshtegan 6 bodybuilding gym, equipped with the most advanced and modern sports facilities, was inaugurated and put into operation on Monday, May 18, in the presence of the University President.

Hossein Hosseini-Mehr, Director of Physical Education at the University of Kurdistan, stated on the sidelines of the ceremony: "This facility was designed and implemented to provide students with easy and equitable access to sports spaces and to alleviate their concerns regarding commuting to sports halls."

Hosseini-Mehr noted that the gym is equipped with modern bodybuilding and fitness apparatus, suitable space for aerobic exercises, locker rooms, and sanitary facilities specifically for female students.

He added that the use of this gym is free of charge for all dormitory residents, providing a healthy and dynamic environment for all students interested in fitness and bodybuilding.

In conclusion, while congratulating the opening of the project, Hosseini-Mehr expressed his gratitude to the University President, the Vice-Chancellor for Cultural, Social, and Student Affairs, the Student Affairs Organization, the General Directorate of Physical Education, and the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology for their efforts and cooperation in constructing this sports facility.
