Please be advised that the Guest and Transfer Portal for Shahed and Isargar students will be active from May 20, 2026, to June 21, 2026. Eligible students (Target Group) in Associate and Bachelor's programs seeking a transfer must register their requests during this period.

In accordance with the regulations of the Student Affairs Organization of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, applications submitted outside the electronic system will not be processed. Therefore, applicant students must register their requests within the designated timeframe via the Sajjad Portal (portal.saorg.ir).
